The zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy coating (Zn-Al-Mg) is a third-generation anti-corrosion technology that has seen rapid adoption in recent years. Its typical composition includes zinc (Zn) at 60% to 75%, aluminum (Al) at 10% to 20%, and magnesium (Mg) at 1.5% to 3%.

Corrosion resistance: After salt spray testing, the results show that the material's corrosion resistance time is ≥6000 hours, three times that of traditional hot-dip galvanizing. Moreover, it possesses strong self-healing capabilities for cuts, forming a dense oxide film at the fracture surface, effectively preventing the common issue of "cut corrosion.".

 

Mechanical Properties: The base material typically selected is Q235/Q345, with a yield strength of ≥235MPa and a tensile strength ranging between 370 - 500MPa. It can withstand wind and pressure up to 2400Pa, capable of resisting the impact of a Category 12 typhoon.
